John Kenny

Northern Kenya

The north west corner of Kenya is a remote region little visited by foreigners.  It is home to a number of groups of nomadic pastoralists including the Samburu, Rendille, Turkana and Pokot.  Competition for grazing and water is often fierce and life can be particularly uncompromising when the rains fail.
