Rachael began her love of drawing from life at 15 and has always recognized the importance of this way of working in her own art practice. She studied Painting and Drawing at Wimbledon Art School and as part of this she attended The Universidad Complutense in Madrid where she studied life drawing, anatomy and portraiture in great depth.
Rachael’s large paintings hang in Alder Hey’s children hospital in Liverpool, in the US Embassy in Dublin, at the headquarters of the Clerical Medical corporation and in the foyer of the Medical Council of Ireland. One of Rachael’s largest works is hanging in the new building for the East Anglian Children’s Hospice, The Nook. Rachael exhibits and sells her work worldwide and has been featured in numerous magazines and newspapers.
